Oh my goodness!! This precious little senior named Mitchell was rescued as quickly as possible. He is happily at our sanctuary and given his medical challenges will stay with us and not go to a foster. I have attached the shelter report of his medical. Philip was surrendered by his owner because they did not allow dogs in the apartment and/or he was too noisy. He's at least 15 years old and weighs 5 lbs. An itty bitty baby. He sees the vet tomorrow for a full workup. Please help us if you can. We wanted him out of the shelter asap. Philip will need to be vetted and probably have a dental and heart meds.
